The Stocking Team Associate will primarily be responsible for unloading incoming freight, organizing merchandise in the backroom, and replenishing products throughout the store. Associates are expected to work efficiently to ensure shelves remain stocked and inventory is properly managed for daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Unloading delivery trucks and handling incoming merchandise shipments
• Sorting, organizing, and stocking products in assigned departments
• Maintaining clean and organized storage and backroom areas
• Assisting with inventory control and product placement
• Lifting and moving heavy merchandise weighing over 50 pounds
• Operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when required
• Following all workplace safety standards and company procedures
• Supporting team operations during overnight shifts
