searching for a Social Media Manager to lead their social strategy with bold creativity, cultural savvy, and data-driven precision. This is a full-time/direct hire role. Location: Onsite in Milwaukee Remote in Chicago with occassional travel to Milwaukee Key Responsibilities Lead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms to drive brand growth. Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video content with tools tailored to each platform\'s audience. Build partnerships with influencers, from micro to celebrity, to amplify campaigns and product launches. Track trends and algorithms to keep content competitive and culturally relevant. Use Al tools for content creation, audience analysis, and performance optimization. Oversee content calendar, manage daily posts, and engage followers to build vibrant community. A Partner with Product Design and Retail teams to align social efforts with launches and activations. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and report insights. Pitch innovative ideas to differentiate the brand in the energy drink market. Represent the brand at events, collabs, and activations, with readiness to travel nationally. Qualifications 7+ years leading social media for a high-growth brand (energy drinks preferred) with retail-driven content experience. Expert in storytelling, performance marketing, and data analysis for social campaigns. Skilled in shooting/editing short-form video with strong visual instincts, using minimal tools. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Gen Z culture, and energy drink market trends. Proficient with Al tools for content creation, analytics, or trend forecasting.
