Job Description
A fast-paced financial services organization is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs. This role is heavily focused on recruiting operations (75%) with 25% hands-on recruiting, supporting lower to mid-level roles across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume, data-driven environment and enjoys balancing recruiting with operational support.
salary: $30 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-technical roles (25%)
- Manage recruiting operations including data tracking, reporting, and process support (75%)
- Pull and analyze recruiting data from Workday and export into Excel for reporting
- Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and basic pivot tables/charts
- Assist with interview coordination, scheduling, and candidate communications
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency during high-volume hiring periods
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate hiring updates
Qualifications: - Prior experience in recruiting and/or recruiting operations
- Experience with Workday (highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data organization)
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Details: - Must be comfortable using a virtual machine (VM) environment on personal equipment
- Hybrid schedule preferred for candidates in Arizona (~2 days onsite, flexible)
