Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice who’s ready to learn the trade the right way. Your Role As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced plumbers in residential homes learning how to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and deliver top tier service. This is a hands on position where you’ll gain real world experience every day. What You’ll Do • Assist licensed plumbers with repairs, installations, and service calls• Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues in residential homes• Help install water heaters, fixtures, softeners, sump pumps, and drain systems• Maintain clean and organized job sites• Load and unload materials and keep trucks stocked• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed• Follow safety standards and company procedures What You’ll Need • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn• Positive attitude and team mindset• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile tools• Valid driver’s license• Must pass background check and drug screening Why You’ll Love It Here • Hands on training with experienced plumbers• Clear path to becoming a licensed plumber• Steady, year round work• Leadership that actually invests in your growth• Work with a team that respects your effort and hustle No experience required, but construction, trade school, or mechanical experience is a plus.
