Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and online inquiries for parts quotations, effectively driving sales with a positive customer interaction. Nurture relationships with parts clients, ensuring a consistently high level of service. Assist mechanics and customers in selecting and purchasing the necessary parts and supplies. Source available parts when our dealership inventory is depleted. Consult parts manuals to accurately identify the required part for the vehicle undergoing service. Record received parts on invoices and repair orders. Offer estimates for parts required for repairs. Employment Requirements: Prior experience as a parts counterperson. Ability to adapt to varying tasks based on fluctuating volume and business demands Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
