A rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm is looking to add a Personal Injury Paralegal to their Raleigh office. Candidates who have 2+ years of experience working in personal injury law and are fluent in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply! Please send your resume to shawna.collins@randstadusa.com

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
• Obtain, review, and organize damage information.
• Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval.
• Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
• Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner.
• Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail.
