Job Description

Operators will be responsible for the operation of various types of production equipment such as batching, filling, packaging, and mixing/blending equipment in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including batching, filling, packaging, and mixing/blending machines.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Operate forklifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Climb stairs and interpret detailed documentation.
• Read and write English proficiently.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year in general production.
• 1+ year in machine operating.
• 1+ year of forklift operation.
• Experience with GMP processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting machines.

Work Environment

Work hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The environment requires adherence to GMP attire, including hair nets, beard nets, smocks, steel-toe shoes, and safety glasses. The facility has varied temperatures, which may be hot in some areas and cold in others.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Random Lake, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
