ABOUT WINHOVEN PIPELINE

Founded in 2018 by Joshua Winhoven, Winhoven Pipeline LLC was built on a simple but unwavering principle: do the work right, every time. What began as a focused operation out of Celina, Ohio has grown into a respected underground utility contractor operating across multiple states — driven by a commitment to quality craftsmanship, safe job sites, and a crew-first culture.

At Winhoven, we specialize in horizontal directional drilling and underground utility installation, taking on projects that demand precision, experience, and professionalism from the ground up. Our reputation has been earned one bore at a time — through the skill of our operators, the accountability of our crews, and the standards we refuse to compromise on.

We believe the people in the field are the backbone of this company. That's why we invest in our team — providing the equipment, support, and culture needed to do the job well and go home safe. Our crews work hard, hold each other to a high standard, and take pride in the work they leave behind.

If you're looking for a place where your experience is respected, your leadership matters, and the work is as rewarding as it is challenging — Winhoven Pipeline is where you belong.
