⚖️ Criminal Defense Associate Attorney - Full-Time | Austin, TX
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 + Bonuses + Full Benefits

A respected and growing criminal defense law firm in Austin is looking for a driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. If you're passionate about defending individuals' rights, ready to own your caseload, and thrive in the courtroom-we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

* Represent clients in criminal matters across Central Texas

* Handle cases from intake through trial and resolution

* Appear in court, detention facilities, and advocate through negotiation

* Draft motions, conduct legal research, and develop legal strategies

* Provide consistent and compassionate communication to clients

✅ What You Bring:

* Licensed to practice in Texas with active State Bar membership

* 1-2+ years of criminal law experience (defense, prosecution, or JD studies)

* Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills

* Ability to manage a high-volume docket independently

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

Compensation & Benefits:

* $90,000-$130,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses
