We re hiring a Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Chicago, Illinois who wants meaningful patient relationships, excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in community health.
You ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. You ll practice alongside a collaborative physician and Advanced Practice Provider team with protected administrative time, strong clinical support, and an established multidisciplinary care model.

• You are a licensed APRN or Physician Assistant in Illinois
• You are Board Certified with a current DEA registration and CPR certification

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $97,000 $130,000
• BCBS health insurance with approximately 70% employer-paid coverage
• Dental & vision insurance with approximately 70% employer-paid coverage
• Employer-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability
• 39 paid days off annually
• $3,000 CME allowance plus 5 paid CME days
• 403(b) retirement plan with employer match and profit sharing
• NHSC and State Loan Repayment Program eligibility
• FTCA malpractice coverage with no tail required
