Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is hiring a dependable Administrative & Studio Assistant to support a growing online dog training business in Bradenton, Florida. This Administrative & Studio Assistant role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, technology, and working in a unique environment centered around helping dog owners and their pets.
The Administrative & Studio Assistant will provide administrative support, help keep a small home-based studio organized for filming and online coaching, and assist with scheduling, content management, and occasional local errands.
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new technology, AI tools, and video platforms
• Reliable transportation for occasional errands or local filming locations
• Comfortable working in a home-based business environment
• Must love dogs and feel comfortable around them
Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling for the trainer
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and task lists
• Assist with organizing files, video content, and business communications
• Help maintain a small filming studio including camera, lights, microphone, and laptop setup
• Assist with filming short training videos and organizing video files
• Upload or schedule content on social media or video platforms
• Run occasional local errands or purchase supplies
• Provide support for online coaching sessions when needed
