Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders using both manual methods and electric pallet jacks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Hours: 9PM-5AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on pick tickets or RF scanners
• Operate electric pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Build and stage pallets for shipment, ensuring stability and proper labeling
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and quality before shipment
• Perform order picking by hand when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack (rider jack) is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• May include varying temperatures depending on facility
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
