The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking passionate Volunteer Online English Teachers to help Ukrainian learners strengthen their English skills through our Structured Language Program.
In this role, you will guide students through engaging, interactive lessons, helping them improve their communication abilities for personal, professional, and social success.

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering interactive and engaging English lessons online, 2-3 times per week over a 2-3 month period.
Using TEEI’s structured materials or your own curriculum to create lessons tailored to students' needs.
Supporting learners at varying skill levels by providing constructive feedback and personalized guidance.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and inspiring virtual learning environment that encourages participation.
Collaborating with TEEI’s education team to ensure an impactful learning experience.
We are seeking volunteers who:
Are fluent in English (knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a bonus, but not required).
Have prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience (preferred but not essential).
Are comfortable using virtual teaching platforms and online tools.
Exhibit patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Can commit 2-6 hours per week for the program duration of 2-3 months.
