As a UI/UX Designer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .
Responsibilities: -
10+ years of UI/UX design experience, with significant work in Healthcare Payer / Medicaid environments Proven experience designing member facing portals and mobile applications
Strong expertise in: o UX research o Information Architecture o Visual design o Interaction design
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, design systems)
Experience creating design systems and reusable UI patterns
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and healthcare compliance constraints
Experience handing off designs in Agile delivery models
Ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences
