• Process vehicle deals and title paperwork with the DMV accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain communication with the finance department to coordinate deal details and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure all title documents comply with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and update records related to vehicle titles and registrations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing title-related inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to support daily operations regarding vehicle titles.

Requirements

• Experience in title clerking or related administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with DMV procedures and vehicle title regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with finance and other departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• CDK experience preferred
• Notary required
