Title Clerk – Automotive Operations

Location: On-Site

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to join a fast-paced automotive operations team. This position plays a critical role in processing vehicle titles for online vehicle sales and ensuring accuracy throughout the title management process.

Responsibilities

• Match vehicle titles to corresponding bills of sale
• Organize and sort titles by dealer name and in alphabetical order
• Process a high volume of vehicle title documents daily
• Receive titles into the company system with accuracy and efficiency
• Stamp and assign titles according to company procedures
• Prepare and ship title packages to customers and partners
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
