Job Description

Salary: $229,000 - 269,000 per year Requirements:

• We require an active final Secret clearance.
• We require an associate degree or higher, along with at least 3 years of related experience.
• We are looking for experience in reliability and maintainability engineering.
• We prefer familiarity with Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
• We look for experience with developing and verifying RAM requirements.
• We require U.S. citizenship for consideration due to the security clearance requirement.
• Desired strengths include RAM&T allocations and predictions, Built-In Test (BIT) testability analysis, mission reliability analysis, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), FRACAS, maintainability demonstrations, and reliability testing methods such as HALT, RGT, and ESS.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills are highly valued.

• We perform System Reliability and Maintainability (RAM&T) engineering analysis.
• We establish, monitor, and verify subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for design changes and new development efforts.
• We ensure RAM&T program requirements are met across reliability, maintainability, and testability activities.
• We liaise with Integrated Product Teams and suppliers on the RAM&T of assigned subsystems.
• We support product teams in investigating RAM&T issues and developing mitigation plans.
• We work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment as part of collaborative teams with varied experience levels.
• We perform our work onsite full-time, as this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.
