We are looking for a trusted Sr Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire transformational talent across executive leadership, corporate functions, and sales.

This is a high-impact role for someone who sees recruiting as more than filling jobs. It is about building relationships, shaping talent strategy, and helping the business make confident hiring decisions that cultivate growth. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders, bring insight into the talent market, and lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles that drive Sigma forward.

Hybrid schedule required - 1-2 days per week in our Corporate Scottsdale office.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Sales roles
  • Manage executive, senior leadership, and confidential searches from kickoff through offer stage, including intake, market mapping, sourcing strategy, competency-based assessments, and negotiation
  • Build candidate profiles and execute sourcing strategies designed for competitive and specialized markets, including passive outreach and long-term talent pipelining
  • Partner with external search firms, vendors, universities, and niche sourcing channels to strengthen our reach for executive and hard-to-fill roles
  • Analyze recruiting data and talent market trends related to executive, corporate, and sales hiring, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations
  • Help elevate Sigma’s employer brand through thoughtful recruitment marketing, community partnerships, and strong candidate experiences
  • Support projects and other priorities that continue to strengthen the Talent Acquisition function and business partnership model

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience supporting senior-level, corporate, and/or sales role

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA’s)

  • Experience in high-growth or multi-site organizations
  • Ability to influence decision-making and challenge stakeholders appropriately using data and market insight
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust at all organizational levels
  • Advanced sourcing and assessment skills for senior-level and revenue-impact roles
  • Skilled in managing multiple high-priority requisitions with competing timelines and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting executive or confidential searches
  • Background recruiting for sales, commercial, or revenue-driving roles
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Manufacturing and/or distribution experience is a plus
