Job Description

Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of sourcing experience, including a minimum of 1 year within the U.S. domestic market. Industry Expertise: Proven background in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or Power Tools (familiarity with plastics, electronics, or hardware materials is highly preferred). Language Skills: Native-level fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for high-stakes cross-cultural communication. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future. Competencies: Strong negotiation tactics, financial acumen, and high emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing complex stakeholder relationships. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Southern California and maintain a flexible remote-work schedule. Supplier Development: Lead the sourcing, auditing, and management of U.S. local suppliers to build a high-quality resource pool. Project Procurement: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive local projects from trial runs to stable, large-scale production. Strategic Negotiation: Execute commercial negotiations based on detailed cost breakdowns to ensure pricing competitiveness and value optimization. Risk & Compliance: Monitor local regulations, industry trends, and supply chain dynamics to mitigate operational risks. Global Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly between the global supply chain headquarters and local U.S. operations (HRBP/Business Units).
