About the role
We are hiring a Short-Form Video Publishing Assistant to help our small marketing team distribute finished short-form videos across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X (Twitter). You will NOT be creating videos from scratch. Our editors deliver ready-to-post files. Your job is to publish them on schedule, keep captions and hashtags tidy, and keep the posting calendar organized.
Your day-to-day work
Publish 3 to 8 pre-produced short-form videos per day across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X. Follow a simple publishing checklist (title, caption, hashtags, cover thumbnail when provided). Keep a shared posting calendar and tracker up to date. Report basic weekly stats (views, likes, follows) from platform dashboards. Flag comments that need a human reply and route them to the community team. Coordinate with the editor to request re-cuts when a platform rejects a video.
What we are looking for
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X on a daily basis. Written English good enough to check captions and short replies. Available 4 to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Schedule is flexible; overlap with US business hours is a plus but not required. Bonus: experience with Later, Metricool, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools.
Compensation
Base: USD 400 to 600 per month, based on experience and hours. Performance bonus tied to on-time posting rate and account growth. Fully remote, work from home.
