Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
1) Lead and deliver high-quality English voice acting for game characters, story dialogues, and narrations, ensuring voice performances align with character personalities, world setting, and artistic styles of the project;
2) Deeply understand scripts and character settings, combining director's intentions and narrative pacing to provide layered, emotionally rich, and dramatically expressive voice performances;
3) Actively participate in early-stage sound design discussions, including character voice positioning, tone style suggestions, and script optimization, providing professional support for project’s audio storytelling;
4) Efficiently collaborate with directors and audio teams during recordings, quickly respond to feedback, and flexibly adjust performances to produce multiple versions of high-quality recordings;
5) Support post-production of personal voice materials, including using AI tools for editing, modification, and synthesis to create new audio files that meet project needs;
6) Maintain a good vocal condition and professional attitude, ensuring consistent delivery of stable, high-quality voice content during high-intensity, multi-character projects.

Requirements:
1) Native-level English pronunciation and language sense, with exceptional command of language, vocal versatility, and ability to switch roles to perform diverse and complex roles like protagonists, antagonists, and NPCs;
2) Over 5 years of professional voice acting experience with an established portfolio in games, animation, film, or radio dramas;
3) Outstanding vocal expressiveness, with strong theatrical performance skills, emotional control, sense of rhythm, and improvisation ability, capable of exploring deep character motivations within limited scripts;
4) Familiar with professional recording processes and basic audio production, able to efficiently adapt to recording environments with good time management and multitasking skills;
5) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with professional attitude, capable to proactively enhance voice performance quality within cross-cultural teams;
6) Conversational in Mandarin Chinese can be a plus.

Basic information:
Job type: Full-time on-site (no remote)
Location: SHANGHAI, Loushanguan Rd Line 2 Metro Station
Work Visa: Provided
Salary: 15k-40k RMB (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am-7pm (including one-hour break)
