salary: $37,000 - $46,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Regional Distribution: Execute daily delivery routes throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, ensuring all product arrives on time and in pristine condition.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, including cafes, restaurants, and specialty markets. Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor to uphold our local reputation.
- Inventory & Loading: Safely load and unload delivery vehicles. Verify invoice accuracy against physical stock during every delivery to ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Equipment Care: Conduct daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean, organized delivery van and report any maintenance needs immediately to the fleet manager.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our roast profiles and equipment to assist customers with basic inquiries and upselling opportunities on the route.
- Safety & Compliance: Operate all company vehicles in strict accordance with state driving laws and safety protocols. Handle physical requirements, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Administrative Accuracy: Utilize mobile delivery software to track routes, capture signatures, and log returns or credits in real-time.
