Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Remote Vacation Planning Assistant . In this role, you will support clients as they explore travel options and coordinate vacation experiences.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others plan memorable trips and want to work in the travel industry from a remote environment.

Client Support & Travel Planning

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients research vacation destinations and travel options

  • Coordinating travel details including resorts, cruises, tours, and travel packages

  • Answering client questions and providing helpful travel recommendations

  • Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations

  • Maintaining accurate client booking records and communications

  • Staying updated on travel promotions, destinations, and supplier offerings

  • Supporting clients before and after travel when assistance is needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Comfortable using online tools and communication platforms

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Professional communication style and positive attitude

Previous experience in travel or customer service is helpful but not required.
