American Workforce Group has partnered with a pallet repair company in Algona, WA looking for a Pallet Repair Technician!

Description for Pallet Repair Technician:
• Repair and restore wooden pallets using nail guns and power tools
• Sort, stack, inspect, and move pallets throughout the warehouse
• Meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced, physical environment
Details for Pallet Repair Technician:
• Pay: $19/hr during training $0.54 per pallet (piece rate after goals are met)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (hours based on quota completion)
• Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM to start (end time varies based on productivity)
Requirements for Pallet Repair Technician:
• Ability to lift 50–75+ lbs frequently and perform constant standing, bending, stooping, and walking
• Experience with hand tools, nail guns, and power saws preferred (woodwork or construction background a plus)
• Ability to meet daily production goals (254 pallets/day) in a repetitive work environment
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong hand-eye coordination, physical endurance, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and using industrial equipment (forklift experience a plus)
