Job Description

As a shipping and receiving specialist, you will play a crucial role in the distribution of automated packaging machinery to consumer-packaged goods companies worldwide. This position requires strong carpentry skills to construct skids and crates for global shipping. The ideal candidate is a reliable and proactive team player, ready to engage in shipping and receiving tasks, as well as other company duties during downtime.

• Build heavy-duty skids and crates to ship packaging machinery weighing over 5000 lbs and measuring more than 30 ft long.
• Receive all outside purchase and fabricated parts.
• Label and coordinate with the project management team all inbound cartons and products for machine testing.
• Debur, buff, and tumble fabricated parts going to outside finish.

• Strong carpentry skills
• Experience with assembly
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• General labor and material handling experience
• Ability to measure accurately with a tape measure
• Mechanically inclined

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
