Job Summary
The Parking Enforcement Specialist is responsible for enforcing Rensselaer's Parking and Traffic Regulations via ticket enforcement and stationary post as required.


Minimum Qualifications

»High school diploma or equivalent

»Valid NYS driver's license
candidates must meet stated minimum education and practice requirements.


Minimum expertise, expertise, and Abilities

»Clear and effective verbal and written expertise

» capability to read, write and perform simple arithmetic

»Available for flexible shift scheduling

» capability to effectively deal with emergency situations

»Excellent customer relation expertise

»Requires strict attention to detail

» capability to exercise judgment and make decisions

» capability to operate a personal computer and cellphone
