Nurse Practitioner (NP)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who values relationship-based care and a consistent weekday schedule. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will manage both acute and chronic conditions while working collaboratively with physicians and other clinical professionals. Care is provided across multiple local settings, allowing for continuity and meaningful patient engagement without excessive travel.

• You're a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts (FNP or AGNP)
• You have at least 1 year of experience as an NP
• You are comfortable managing both acute and chronic conditions
• You have worked with the adult and older patient populations
• You have your CPR certification and active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• You have a background in primary care or geriatrics preferred, not required

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $106,000–$149,000 (commensurate with experience)
