Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect (Twilio)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with strong Twilio experience to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale communication platforms.

This role focuses on Twilio-based telephony modernization , helping clients migrate from legacy systems (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco) to cloud-native Twilio + .NET solutions .

You will own the end-to-end architecture , define best practices, and guide engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and own end-to-end Twilio architecture
• Design:
  • Twilio Studio flows
  • TwiML-based call handling
  • Webhook orchestration
• Build scalable IVR and call flow systems
• Define architecture patterns between Twilio and .NET backend
• Ensure system is scalable, reliable, and production-ready

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture decisions and design reviews
• Guide engineers on:
  • Twilio implementation
  • API and backend integration
• Review solutions to ensure alignment with architecture standards
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies

Migration & Integration

• Lead migration from:
  • Avaya
  • Genesys
  • Cisco
    into Twilio platform
• Ensure smooth transition without system downtime

Client Collaboration

• Work with stakeholders, product teams, and clients
• Translate business needs into technical architecture
• Present architectural decisions and trade-offs

Required Skills

Must Have (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong Twilio experience (5+ years)
  • Twilio Voice
  • Twilio Studio
  • TwiML
  • Webhooks
• Experience designing Twilio-based call flows / IVR systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Twilio TaskRouter
  • Call routing & voice workflows

Architecture & Backend

• Strong experience in:
  • .NET / C# / ASP.NET Core
  • API design & integrations

Cloud & Infra

• Experience with Cloud
• Knowledge of:
  • Redis (session/state handling)
  • Scalable system design

Preferred

• Experience with:
  • Twilio Flex
  • Legacy migration (Avaya / Genesys Twilio)
• Healthcare domain experience (HIPAA, compliance)
• Multi-tenant architecture experience
