This role involves collaborating with leading AI labs on an innovative initiative to create realistic enterprise environments for training and evaluating frontier AI agents. Experienced manufacturing and consumer-goods professionals from Fortune 500 companies or similar large organizations are invited to leverage their expertise to recreate digital workspaces and design tasks that challenge state-of-the-art AI.

• Build a realistic digital workspace based on your daily Drive folders, including production reports, brand P&L models, S&OP decks, supplier scorecards, BOMs, SOPs, and relevant email threads, while incorporating enterprise applications like SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Opcenter, and Power BI.
• Design multi-step tasks that reflect your actual workflows, requiring navigation through multiple applications, files, and stakeholders to effectively challenge frontier AI agents.
• Collaborate with other manufacturing and consumer packaged goods experts to design the environment, define task scope, and review scenarios for realism and rigor.
• Work asynchronously with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for manufacturing-domain agent benchmarks.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, with your work directly informing how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.

• 3+ years of full-time experience at a Fortune 500 or comparable large enterprise (e.g., P&G, Unilever, PepsiCo, Nestlé, 3M, Kimberly-Clark, or a Tier-1 contract manufacturer).
• Experience in areas such as:
• Plant operations, production management, or operations engineering.
• Quality assurance, regulatory compliance (FDA/USDA), or EHS.
• Supply chain planning, S&OP, or procurement/sourcing.
• R&D, product development, or packaging engineering.
• Brand or category management with P&L ownership.
• Proficient in enterprise tools like SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, and Tableau/Power BI.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, CPIM, or CSCP are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and writing skills, with the ability to translate enterprise workflows into structured task specifications.

• Task Completion Pay: Competitive, based on task quality (~$900, $1, 250 per completed task, subject to change as the project evolves).
