Mail Clerk – Records Services
Location Dallas, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $20.00 – $22.00/hour (BOE)
• Monday–Friday | Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• W2 | Temp-to-Hire
ROLE IMPACT
This role is essential to maintaining the flow of critical documents across departments. Your work ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance—supporting operations that directly impact clients and business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Open, sort, and distribute inbound mail and overnight deliveries
• Identify and assign case/file numbers to incoming documents
• Time-stamp and log all incoming mail and packages, including checks
• Process outbound mail using automated systems and mailroom equipment
• Deliver interoffice mail and coordinate daily post office runs
• Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume production environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of mailroom, records services, or office support experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Office-based role with frequent movement and physical activity
• Requires reliability and flexibility based on mailroom operational needs
