Salary: $41,600 - 41,600 per year Requirements:

• We require openness to any 8-hour shift between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST).
• We are looking for 1-2+ years of prior Tier 1 help desk experience.
• We prefer candidates with an A+ certification or Google IT Certificate.
• We prefer experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory.
• We prefer previous remote work experience.
• We value experience working collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• We require a high school diploma or equivalent.

• We support the App Support Team with password resets and Workday-related issues.
• We handle incoming ticket queues and phone calls.
• We process password resets in Active Directory.
• We assist with proprietary software used for billing and family management in our centers.
• We serve as the primary point of contact for technology support.
• We troubleshoot network issues and other technical problems, including computer replacement.
• We use ServiceNow to manage support requests.
