Interior Superintendent - Commercial / Government / Multifamily

A respected and growing General Contractor is seeking an Interior Superintendent to join their team in the DC area. Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations for interior construction projects
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials to meet project timelines
Lead and mentor project teams and field staff
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

Qualifications:

3+ years of interior construction experience (commercial, government, or multifamily)
Proven ability to manage schedules and mentor others
Strong communication and leadership skills
Quick learner with a proactive approach to solving challenges
