Compensation & Earnings

• Eligible new hires may qualify for a $3,000 new hire incentive , paid during the first two months. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
• Average first-year HRG agents earn $40,000–$60,000
• Many HRG agents earn $100,000–$120,000+ in commissions and bonuses after approximately three years
• Commission-based compensation with performance bonuses

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Agent, you'll build relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow your own book of business while helping clients with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Build professional relationships through networking and community outreach
• Represent Heartland Retirement Group with integrity and professionalism
• Learn and apply proven sales strategies and communication techniques
• Manage and grow your assigned territory
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and development
• Maintain a positive, motivated, and coachable attitude
