Independent House Cleaner — 1099 Contractor

If you already clean professionally and want more consistent residential jobs without handling marketing, scheduling, billing, or client follow-up, this is built for you.

Here's the simple version:

• You bring the cleaning skill, supplies, transportation, and professionalism.
• We bring the clients, bookings, reminders, billing, and support.
• You get paid weekly for completed work.

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes for recurring, deep clean, and move-in/move-out appointments.
• Arrive on time and prepared with your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow job notes and communicate clearly with clients and our team.
• Deliver consistent, 5-star quality across Reno, Sparks, and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For

• Professional residential cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local service area.
• Your own cleaning kit, including vacuum, mop, duster, chemicals, and standard supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable communication.
• Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Liability insurance, or willingness to get coverage before taking jobs. We can point you toward affordable options if needed.
