What We’re Looking For!  
Village Home Services is looking to hire a full-time HVAC/Sheet Metal Install Apprentice in Chelmsford, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting your lead technician in the replacement of existing HVAC units or installing brand new units, ductwork insulation and ensuring proper ventilation in customer homes.  The successful candidate would be someone who is able to cut, bend, weld and be able to lift 50 pounds with ease.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years in HVAC install, maintenance, and/or repairs experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commercial or residential experience required
• Experience working with American Standard or Mitsubishi HVAC equipment is a plus!
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to collaborate and work well with your peers
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability and willingness to learn as you advance into a lead technician role
