💰 Pay: $19.00 per hour

BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds & Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Noblesville, Indiana. This full-time position offers a steady weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to work with a professional property management team.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for unit turns and property grounds upkeep, helping ensure the community remains clean, functional, and ready for new residents. This position combines hands-on maintenance work with outdoor responsibilities, requiring both attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turns, including basic repairs, cleaning, and preparation for new residents
• Maintain community grounds and curb appeal (trash pickup, landscaping support, etc.)
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and general upkeep
• Ensure vacant units and common areas meet company standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support the maintenance team as needed

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance (MT) knowledge required
• Prior experience with apartment turns and/or grounds work preferred
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the property
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time hours with consistent daytime schedule
