Job Title: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and produce marketing materials including print graphics, digital ads, trade show displays, signage, and social media content.

· Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual assets.

· Prepare print-ready files and ensure accurate color, layout, and production specifications.

· Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

· Stay current with design trends, software updates, and production techniques.

Qualifications:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

· 2+ years of professional design experience (preferably in print or large-format production environments).

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).

· Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.

· Experience preparing files for print production.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with large-format printing, signage, or environmental graphics.

· Familiarity with prepress and RIP software.

· Motion graphics or video editing skills a plus.

· Photography or illustration experience beneficial.

Work Environment:

This position works closely with the creative, production, and project management teams. It may require occasional overtime during peak production periods.
