Responsibilities * Be a leader & provide focus for your team * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process * Build rapport with customers and employees to establish customer network * Provide training and support to the management staff * Help manage productivity of the store * Facilitate regular training for continued team growth Qualifications * Dealership management experience * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday * Clean driving record * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
