Compensation: Up to $140,000 Base Salary + Bonus (Based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Funding Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in managing the deal flow from approval to funding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct bank logins and verify merchant financials
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and funding documents
  • Send and track agreements via DocuSign
  • Coordinate and schedule funding calls with merchants
  • Collect, organize, and review all required documentation (bank statements, IDs, etc.)
  • Utilize tools such as DecisionLogic for account verification
  • Maintain clear and consistent internal communication with underwriting, sales, and management teams
  • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks
  • Ensure deals are processed accurately and funded in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in MCA, lending, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of the funding process and deal flow
  • Experience with bank login systems, DocuSign, Decision Logic and CRM tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a proactive, “get-it-done” mindset
