Job Description

An established foreclosure firm with multipe offices is looking to add an attorney to their Phialdelphia office. To be sucessful in this role, candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar with foreclosure litigation experience. salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Doctoral

Responsibilities

•Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences
• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk
