We are on the hunt for experienced & proactive Field Service Fitters to join our award-winning team in Toowoomba for the below opportunities!
Field Service Fitter with Commercial Engines experience predominantly working in the oil and gas industry on an 8on 6off or 15on 13off Day Roster. You will be required to have extensive experience servicing, repairing, maintaining and overhauling a range of commercial engines both Gas and Diesel Powered.
Field Service Fitter working Construction/Mining supporting variety of customers and ensure they receive the highest quality service for their Caterpillar equipment. The successful applicant for this role will be working either 7/7 roster or standard Monday to Friday.
As a Field Service Fitter you will:
Repair, diagnostics and maintenance on Caterpillar equipment
Use Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMSi and SIS)
Complete all repairs and maintenance in a safe and timely manner
Plan and organise daily service requirements
Maintain and complete all paperwork associated with job completion
Ensure the quality of your work is of the highest standards at all times
Monitor workflows and time to maximize efficiency and productivity

About you:
Trade Qualified Diesel Fitter is essential
Demonstrated diagnostic experience on Caterpillar commercial engines both Diesel and Gas powered
Demonstrated competency in the repair and maintenance of industrial engines, generator set and gas engines
Experience on stationary equipment including but not limited to crushers, compressors and pumps
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience on Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (SIMSi and SIS)
Commitment to a high level of workplace health and safety
Excellent time management skills
Strong commitment to quality control, CPS, and working to schedules
