We’re urgently hiring Full-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers—no CDL required. Whether you're an experienced delivery driver or new to the field, if you have a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Compensation

Earn $85 to $200 per day
Paid vacation after 1 year of service

✅ Requirements

Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Able to pass:
Drug test
DOT physical
FedEx Ground background check
Able to lift up to 75 lbs (and 150 lbs with a hand truck)
Must have reliable transportation
Able to climb stairs, work in all weather, and show up on time daily
Must be safety-conscious and have a get-it-done attitude

Experience That’s a Plus

Have you worked with any of the following?

FedEx, UPS, Amazon, DHL, Wal-Mart
Uber, Lyft, or similar driving/delivery services
Experience is a bonus—but not required. Training provided!

Daily Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up packages to/from homes and businesses
Drive safely and inspect your vehicle daily
Load and organize packages for your route
Use scanner to track deliveries accurately
Provide excellent customer service
Complete up to 150+ stops per day
Follow all company and safety procedures
