Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an accomplished Senior Family Law Trial Attorney to lead complex, high‑stakes family law matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in the courtroom, values strong internal support, and wants to practice at a firm that respects both excellence and balance.

Why Top Attorneys Choose Mayersohn Law Group

Senior litigators know the truth: the right support team, systems, and culture make or break your ability to practice at the highest level. At Mayersohn Law Group, you get all three.

We offer:

  • $202,000 senior‑level compensation with a flexible salary structure - you choose your plan
  • Robust onsite support team (experienced paralegals, admin staff, and leadership accessibility)
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • 10 days of paid time off annually + paid holidays
  • Modern systems, streamlined workflows, and real operational stability
  • A respected, AV‑rated, NAMWOLF‑certified firm with a strong litigation reputation
  • Meaningful, high‑impact family law cases — not routine churn
  • A collaborative, professional culture where attorneys are supported, not isolated

If you’re a seasoned family law litigator who wants to focus on strategy, advocacy, and results — not administrative overload — this is the environment you’ve been looking for.

  • Serve as lead counsel on divorce, custody, support, post‑judgment, dependency, domestic violence, and complex asset matters
  • Conduct hearings, mediations, negotiations, evidentiary proceedings, and trials

Strategic Case Development

  • Develop and execute tailored litigation strategies
  • Identify risks, evidentiary issues, and leverage points
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documents

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with paralegals, administrative staff, providing guidance and oversight as needed
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in client interactions, and maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and firm standards
  • Track billable time in accordance with firm policies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Substantial Florida family law experience with significant litigation background, a strong courtroom presence, and trial experience
  • Florida Bar license in good standing
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Proven ability to develop strategic, client‑centered legal approaches
  • Professional, communicative, and collaborative with strong legal writing and analytical skills

Preferred

  • Experience handling complex financial matters, business valuations, or high‑asset divorces.
