Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to completion
• Manage event logistics, including materials, vendors, and on-site setup
• Support creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
• Engage with attendees, sponsors, and community partners to ensure successful events
• Conduct research to identify new event opportunities and community initiatives
• Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and communications
• Track and report on event performance and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging
