Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented team member to support special events, banquets, and private functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a polished, professional atmosphere. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet and event spaces according to event specifications and service standards.
  • Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout events.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies.
  • Monitor guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Assist with clearing tables, resetting spaces, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events.
  • Work collaboratively with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to support seamless service.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Handle guest questions and requests professionally and with a positive attitude.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Prior experience in banquet service, catering, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays or supplies for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing event needs.
  • Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules as needed.
