We’re hiring a reliable Production Worker for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Santa Clara, offering a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Starting pay is $19/hr, with room to advance within the company. This position combines warehouse support and production tasks, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Assisted in both material handling and assembly line duties, including loading raw materials and packing finished goods.
- Operated pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory between warehouse storage and production areas.
- Monitored production equipment and performed basic maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintained accurate inventory records and completed shipping/receiving documentation as needed.
- Followed safety protocols in both warehouse and production zones, contributing to a clean and organized workspace.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment

- working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
