Driller Helper Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Sunday from 05:00am to 07:00pm )

• Assist the drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Support drillers with basic equipment checks, lubrication, and minor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including removing debris and hazards.
• Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth drilling operations.

Driller Helper Qualifications:

• Current Surface MSHA certification.
• Must wear steel-toe boots and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Willingness and ability to work in inclement weather.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs. and standing for 12–14 hour shifts.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
