About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is vital in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven initiatives that enhance our operations and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and validation processes. Support business units by providing data-driven solutions to improve performance and efficiency. Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and data analytics tools. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Requirements: Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python). Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications Experience with big data technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
