We are looking for an experienced Customer Support + Phone Sales Executive to handle customer queries and convert leads for a growing fashion brand.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and email
Assist customers with orders and product-related questions
Convert leads into sales through phone calls
Follow up with prospects and existing customers
Maintain CRM and update customer data
Requirements:
Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
Experience in Customer Support + Phone Sales
Comfortable handling US-based customers
Experience in fashion / clothing industry is a plus
Confident, proactive, and sales-driven
