• Annualized Salary Range: $72000 $80000
• Work Location: On-site (Construction Job Sites)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager (Part-Time) to oversee and improve safety performance across active construction sites. This role is responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance hazard prevention risk management and EHS program execution in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in construction safety management OSHA regulations inspections incident investigations and safety training . You will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture and reducing jobsite risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce OSHA DOT and site-specific safety regulations across construction projects
• Conduct regular site safety audits inspections and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive safety measures
• Lead incident investigations near-miss reporting and root cause analysis
• Maintain OSHA logs safety documentation certifications and compliance records
• Develop and deliver safety training and toolbox talks for field teams
• Support workers compensation cases and EHS reporting requirements
• Collaborate with project managers to implement site safety plans

Qualifications:

• 3 years of construction safety or EHS experience OR Bachelors in EHS or related field
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and compliance requirements
• Experience with safety audits incident investigations and documentation control
• Excellent communication training and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple job sites
